These Are Our Cancellations And Policies


  • We do love the children and realize the challenge of finding childcare during your appointment, however children are allowed only when being serviced, our goal is to maintain a relaxed environment for all our guest when in our salon.
  • We ask that each client remain in the waiting area until being called to the service area. Styling chairs are only for patrons being serviced.
  • Seating is limited to paying Clients, so we ask that guest do not bring friends/family that are not receiving service.
  • ​We recognize that you have a busy schedule and there are times when you will be late and there are times you will be late or unable to make your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

​We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. This allow us to provide another customer who may have been wait-listed an opportunity to receive services. If you are unable to cancel within 24 hours, there will be a $45 cancellation fee and you will be charged at your next visit. This fee may be changed at any time: however, it will not be without notice. Excessive missed appointments may result in appointments being secured with a credit card.
